If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

Appointments and cancellations

Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any treatment. We do not offer any treatments to those aged under 18.
We do not offer certain treatments to pregnant women, please check before booking.

All doctors, nurses and therapists at are trained and approved in accordance with the company’s treatment protocols and therefore ES11 Ltd trading as Clinic 1618 does not guarantee continued treatment with a named nurse or therapist.

We ask all clients who are attending any face treatment appointments to attend their appointments wearing no makeup.

Clients are given detailed aftercare advice after every treatment.

We require 24-hours notice of any cancellations or re-scheduling requests. This can be arranged by calling us on 020 3196 6550. If you are unable to reach us for any reason, please send a message or email and we will respond as soon as possible. Cancellation fees are charged at £25 and non- refundable in the event of a missed appointment or cancellation that occurs outside our 24-hour cancellation policy. Any bookings made within 24 hours of the appointment date and time are subject to the same terms as described above. If scheduled treatment was a part of a series, a session will be deducted from package.

Please arrive for your appointment at least 15 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment. ES11 Ltd, trading as Clinic 1618 will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.

Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guidelines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.

Credit card details, deposits and payments

We accept card payments (including Amex), cash & bank transfer.
To secure an appointment with ES11 Ltd trading as Clinic 1618 a deposit may be required.

For an appointment a deposit of £25 will be charged at the time of booking, in order to secure the appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of timely cancellation, deposits can be used towards payment for treatment or left on your account for future treatments. Should deposits remain unclaimed by the client following twelve months of inactivity ES11 Ltd trading as Clinic 1618 reserves the right to withhold the deposit. These charges will not be applied to clients booking an appointment from their existing package of treatment.

Special Offers or discounted pricing quotes are valid until stated on offer or for 3 months from quotation only.

Courses of treatments

All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment. All treatment courses must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left untaken after 12 months will be forfeited.

Prepaid treatments and treatment plans are strictly non-refundable. In cases of a change in suitability a credit note, or gift voucher will be offered. Any credit agreed is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, plus any charged for non-attendance, from the total price of the course of treatment, with the difference returned to you as a credit on account. Cancelled treatments will not be refunded as cash.

Treatment suitability

We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. If not, we will inform you as to the reasons why. You will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation, where applicable. ES11 Ltd trading as Clinic 1618 reserves the right to refuse treatment if the practitioner deems the client unsuitable at any stage.

Product Purchases

For hygiene and safety reasons opened products cannot be returned or exchanged. Unopened, sealed, retail items can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in all of its original packaging accompanied by receipts or proof of purchase. We do not accept exchange or returns for unwanted items after the relevant period above.

The return delivery costs are not covered by ES11 Ltd trading as Clinic 1618. All return items are your responsibility until they reach us. Ensure that products are packaged up properly and don’t get damaged on the way. Ensure that you get proof of postage when sending your return item.

Treatments, courses and gift vouchers purchased online can be refunded within 14 days of purchase provided none of the treatments have been taken.

If the item sent to you was incorrect by mistake, we will send you the correct product and cover the cost of your return. If the item you received is faulty, please email info@clinic1618.co.uk with all relevant information:

• proof of purchase/receipt
• photographs of the damage or incorrect item

The case will be assessed, and we will deal with this on an individual basis. Please allow sufficient time for a response.

Availability of Stock

We make every effort to maintain accurate and up-to-date stock information. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of any specific item. The availability of products is subject to change without prior notice. If an item you ordered is out of stock or unavailable for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternatives or issue a refund for the unavailable item.

Special Offers, Promotions, Discounts and Sale Campaigns

All offers are subject to availability and are for a limited time only. ES11 Ltd trading as Clinic 1618 will run promotional activities from time to time. All promotions will be governed by their relevant terms and conditions and will be offered at our strict discretion.

Liability

ES11 Ltd trading as Clinic 1618 will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that he or she provide ES11 Ltd trading as Clinic 1618 with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. ES11 Ltd trading as Clinic 1618 will not be liable for any damage that occurs because of the client's failure to disclose such details.

The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, ES11 Ltd trading as Clinic 1618 regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit ES11 Ltd trading as Clinic 1618’ s liability for any personal injury resulting from ES11 Ltd trading as Clinic 1618’ s negligence.

Force Majeure

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, neither party shall be liable for any delays or failures in disease ance resulting from acts beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God (such as, but not limited to, fires, explosions, earthquakes, drought, tidal waves and floods, disease or famine), acts of war or terrorism, shortage of supply, breakdowns or malfunctions, interruptions or malfunction of computer facilities, or loss of data due to power failures or mechanical difficulties with information storage or retrieval systems, labour difficulties or civil unrest. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of such an occurrence, ES11 LTD trading as Clinic 1618 agrees to make a good faith effort to perform its obligations.

In the event of a government enforced closure of the clinic, or reduction in services, treatments will be postponed accordingly. ES11 Ltd trading as Clinic 1618 is not obliged to offer compensation or refund of deposits, vouchers, prepaid treatments, or treatment courses, because of a delay to treatment due to closures.
